Quarric Automations collects the details you choose to send through our contact and Growth Check forms: your name, business, email, contact options and message. You may also share your phone number, suburb, website, main service, booking system, Instagram handle and approximate past-client list size.
Why we use these details
We use them to understand your request, review the public website you share, respond the way you asked, and keep a record of the conversation. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where the information goes
Our website is hosted using Cloudflare. Enquiries sent through the form are stored in our Supabase database, hosted in Sydney, Australia, and are readable only by Quarric. We use communication providers to receive and respond to enquiries, and some service providers may process information outside Australia. We do not sell your enquiry details.
What to leave out
Please do not include customer records, patient information, passwords or other sensitive information. We will agree a suitable way to share any additional information if a project needs it.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information by emailing contact@quarric.com.au. We keep enquiry information while it is needed to respond, provide an agreed service or meet a record-keeping obligation.
Website measurement
Hosting logs help us operate and secure the site. We distinguish website requests from qualified enquiries and booked work. This website does not use advertising pixels.
