For your dental practice

An empty chair
is work you
nearly had.

No-shows. A short-notice cancellation. A recall nobody followed up. These gaps cost the practice income, while reception is already busy. Start with the gap that matters most, and connect the follow-up around your team.

Start with one problem. Keep the final say.

WHERE THE GAPS APPEAR

The diary looked full.
The day tells another story.

You do not need to replace the way your practice runs. Start with the follow-up that keeps getting missed.

Short-notice cancellations

Give the 2pm gap a next step.

The patient cancels this morning. The chair is still empty at 2pm. Match the opening to a suitable waiting patient, with consent to contact and your team confirming the booking.

Overdue recalls

Bring overdue recalls back into view.

A patient was due six months ago. Use the recall dates your clinicians set to flag who needs a follow-up. Your team decides who to contact and what is clinically appropriate.

After-hours enquiries

Keep the enquiry after the phones close.

It’s 7pm on Friday. Someone calls about an appointment and gets no answer. Capture the enquiry, explain the next step and give reception a clear follow-up when the practice opens.

Booking confirmations and clinical decisions stay with your practice.

PATIENT-FACING WORDING

Your patient messages need the same care.

Anything patient-facing we write is built to comply with section 133 of the National Law: no patient testimonials, no outcome guarantees. Your team approves the wording before it is used.

HELP IN THE BACKGROUND

Keep working in the
tools you already use.

Reception already has practice software, SMS and email to keep up with. We check how the follow-up can fit there before suggesting anything new.

No new dashboard is mandatory.

HOW WE WORK

Start with one problem.
Connect the next when you’re ready.

  1. 01

Find the gap in your diary.

Start with a free diagnosis of the practice’s missed enquiries, no-shows, cancellations and recall follow-up. Choose one problem to tackle first.

  2. 02

Fit the follow-up to your practice.

Check your software connections and agree on patient wording, contact permissions and team approvals. Clinical decisions stay with your practitioners.

  3. 03

Connect the next step when it helps.

Try the first system with your team and keep the final say. Add the next when you are ready, connecting enquiry follow-up, appointment reminders and recalls around your existing records.

BEFORE WE TALK

You can start small.
Here’s what to expect.

Does this work with our practice management software?

We check your software, access and available connections first. Then we explain what can be connected, what needs a staff step and any limits before agreeing on the work.

Will it book patients or change recall dates by itself?

Your team confirms bookings. Recall timing and clinical decisions stay with your practitioners. The workflow follows the contact and approval rules agreed with your practice.

Where does the AI actually fit in?

It can organise an enquiry or help draft a reply. Agreed rules control reminders and follow-up timing. Your team approves patient-facing wording; diagnosis and treatment advice stay with your clinicians.

Do we have to log into another dashboard?

No. We start with the practice software, SMS and email your team already uses, subject to the connections available. A new dashboard is not a requirement for the daily work.

Can we start with just one thing?

Yes. Start with one gap: unconfirmed appointments, cancellations, overdue recalls or missed enquiries. Add another system later and connect the handover when it is useful.

What does it cost?

It depends on what we’re solving and what needs to connect. The diagnosis is free. We’ll talk through the scope, costs and what’s included before you decide.
